Billing
The bill you receive from University of Maryland Faculty Physicians, Inc. (UM FPI) includes the professional services provided by your physician during your visit.
If you have questions about your bill, please call the number printed on the statement.
UM FPI is responsible for submitting bills to your insurance company and will do everything possible to expedite your claim. Keep in mind that your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. That means you are responsible for paying any charges not paid by your insurance.
Paying Your Bill
You may pay your bill by cash, personal check or money order via the options below.
- For hospital patient accounts with a service/admit date before 11/7/2015, call the business office at 410-821-4140.
- For hospital patient accounts with a service/admit date of 11/7/2015 or later, pay your bill using our secure online portal.
